Competition rules

Art1. Every photographer can send a  minimum of 1 and a maximum  of 15 pictures . 

 Art 2. Each photograph must stick to the topic ” In love with Amsterdam” and has been shot within Amsterdam. 

Art 3. Participation happens exclusively by means of the Internet site www.verliefdopamsterdam.nl and the flickr group  “Verliefd op Amsterdam” this From the 15^th of  January 2008 at midnight. Each participant can send in no more than 15 pictures. Participants can download the picture at the  Flickr-group  ” verliefd op Amsterdam” or send pictures in jpeg  format to anna-maria@puuramsterdam.nl   

Art 4. The participants are aware that the participating picturesare  available used  during exhibitions, Internet sites and other initiatives of Puur Amsterdam. 

Art 5. The participating photographers give the admission to Puur Amsterdam the pictures tobe  publish and exhibit.. During  the publications and exhibitions the name of the photographer will always be mentioned. 

 Art 6. The winners are announced on 14 February 2009 on the Internet site www.verliefdopamsterdam.nl . The decision of the jury are irrevocable. 

 Art. 7th initiators of the photocontest  `Verliefd op  Amsterdam” have the right to  contact  the photographer to confirm information or for a possible other necessary reason. 

Art. 8 although the initiators will try  to take best care , they cannot be responsible for each damage or loss that happens during the downloading of  the pictures on Internet. 

And the initiators  will not become responsible for whatever damage experienced by the participants related such as problems to computer networks, computer virus infections and computer access. 

Art. 9) Puur Amsterdam is not responsible  in case of a  complaint coming of a third party. In such cases the participant is responsible and will compensate for any damage.
